A shared table, focused individual time, or a retreat. There’s a way in for men at every stage of adult life.
A place at the table.
Sit with men across generations for a guided conversation that makes room for real life. Bring a question, a difficult week, or simply a willingness to listen.
Gatherings offer connection and reflection with a shared expectation of respect. You can speak, listen, or pass. The aim is to leave with something useful to practice, however small.

One step at a time.
Tell us what interests you.
Choose a gathering, individual time, or a retreat. It’s fine to begin with a question.
Have a first conversation.
Ask about the format, availability, cost, and participation agreement before deciding.
Choose what fits.
Take a next step that feels useful. You set the pace and decide what you’re ready to share.
Know what
you’re stepping into.
Will I have to tell my story?
You choose what to share. You can listen, take your time, and pass on a question. Honest conversation works best when it is an invitation. You do not need to arrive ready to explain everything.
How is my privacy respected?
A shared expectation of discretion comes first: speak for yourself and leave other men’s stories with them. Before participating, discuss the group agreement and any limits to confidentiality with Rick. You can make an initial inquiry without sharing personal history.
Where and when do sessions happen?
Life’s Foundry is rooted in the Coeur d’Alene area. Locations, formats, and upcoming dates are confirmed directly before you book.
What does it cost?
A single two-hour gathering is $49. A private two-hour session is $225. Compare monthly and annual options above for membership savings. Ask Rick about availability and participation terms before committing.
You can begin with one conversation.
No perfect words required. Just a place to start.
