Life can feel uncertain at 20, full to the brim at 45, or unexpectedly open at 70. Whatever this chapter holds, you deserve room to think, connect, and choose your direction.
Life’s Foundry makes room for that conversation. A grounded, non-religious practice where men can think out loud, be heard, and take responsibility for what comes next.

A few things
you might
be wondering.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need to ask a question.
Do I need to be religious?
Life’s Foundry is non-religious. There is no doctrine to follow, faith requirement, or political position to adopt. Men with different beliefs are welcome. The shared ground is respect, honesty, and responsibility for your own choices.
Will I have to tell my story?
You choose what to share. You can listen, take your time, and pass on a question. Honest conversation works best when it is an invitation. You do not need to arrive ready to explain everything.
What does a first gathering look like?
Expect a guided conversation with a clear beginning and end, time to settle in, and a simple shared topic. The focus is listening, reflection, and a practical next step you can carry into the week. Ask Rick for the next available location and format.
How is my privacy respected?
A shared expectation of discretion comes first: speak for yourself and leave other men’s stories with them. Before participating, discuss the group agreement and any limits to confidentiality with Rick. You can make an initial inquiry without sharing personal history.
You can begin with one conversation.
No perfect words required. Just a place to start.
